To enter a Black Hawk Creek Saddle Club, you need to complete a tab sheet. You may enter every horse and rider in your family on one sheet. Circle the numbers of the classes being entered. If more than one entry is in a class, circle it and write x2 beside the number. We charge $1.00 per horse on the grounds and $1.00 per trailer. Entry forms need to be signed by an adult. You may leave a signed open check and settle your bill at the end of the show, or you may pay for all entries up front and receive cash payback for any awards won. No entries will be filed with out payment.

Complete an entry form for each class to be entered. A permanent horse number can be purchased for $5.00 for each horse/rider combination. The number identifies the combination for year end points and for listing in show results.
Please do not change the size of the forms. Cut them apart neatly before coming to the show. Thank you.

Year end awards are offered in 11 categories. To qualify for year end awards you must be a member of the Black Hawk Creek Saddle Club for 2008. You must show in at least 3 shows. You must have filed a point designation card and purchased a permanent number. We offer awards for the top six finishers in each of the categories. Awards are presented at the year end banquet usually held in November.
